SHIPPING POLICY

  • We provide FREE shipping for our customers.

  • We are able to ship anywhere within the United States.

  • Orders ship Monday-Friday.

  • Allow 3-4 business days processing time for your order to ship.

  • We will work to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that our shipping lead times may be delayed with carrier interruptions due to COVID-19. We will do our very best to avoid any potential shipping delays.

  • Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

  • An email with tracking information will be sent to you when your order is shipped. 

RETURN POLICY

  • If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any item you purchase, we will accept return of undamaged product.  The customer pays shipping cost for return of un-damaged product.

  • For damaged product , we require a photo of the damage. Also, please include any visible exterior damage to shipping box and/or any re-packaging of shipping box. Please relay photos as soon as possible to: TL@majesticpottery.com . Your help will expedite the refund.

REFUND POLICY

  • We offer refund only within 30 days of when your order shipped.

  • Please allow 14 business days for approved refund.
